The company contacted us after a bad experience with another digital agency that promised the "mountain of gold," but instead wasted the entire advertising budget in vain. Since 2015, we have been working with Safe Space on a continuous basis. The goal of our project was to get more clients for self-storage services and ensure the brand's long-term growth in the market.
We start each project with the development of a marketing strategy and market analysis. We formed meaningful accents for advertising materials, defined the pain points of the target audience, and developed an effective strategy to fight our competitors.
Then, we made a corporate website with multilending and integrated our Uwindi app, where we used A/B testing to make different offers for different target groups and changed the content based on what people were looking for.For example, a user who typed in "winter storage of things" would see on the first screen an offer that was relevant and had special benefits for this kind of storage.
We also developed the brand look and logotype for Safe Space based on the concept of safe storage of personal belongings. In addition, we also created a design with a relevant advertising message for outdoor advertising and vehicles.
We organized the staged shooting of a commercial with a film crew, actors, and complicated editing. A little later, we also did a warehouse photo shoot with a professional model. The quality of the content plays an important role in the advertising campaign, so we put an emphasis on it.
We also implemented CRM and automated sales processes, and integrated all channels of communication with clients — the website, telephone, and messengers. Now managers do not need to be distracted by filling in client data since the entire history of interaction with each client is stored in one window.
Before we started advertising, we identified what each audience needed from ads and came up with these areas for advertising campaigns: storage for tires, bicycles, repairs, the time of moving, and business. Based on that, we customized and launched advertising campaigns in Google Ads with precise targeting by.
We also integrated our own app for call tracking and A/B testing in order to maximize the number of requests, as well as organizing technical support for websites, online services, and the CRM system 24 hours a day, seven days a week, with virus and DDoS protection.

All warehouse terminals were filled in 1 year. Over 700 requests and calls per month from new clients. Annual sales growth by 35% within 5 years. Brand recognition in the market increased by x5 times.

We started our cooperation with Uwindi after we were deceived by another agency. Uwindi took care of all the work on the website, webpages, paid advertising, branding, and implementation of a CRM. We currently receive requests and calls to our terminals on a daily basis and have cooperated with Uwindi to manage our marketing since 2015. We filled all of our warehouse terminals and multiplied the profit of our business.
