Turo hosts running multi-vehicle fleets face a consistent set of operational problems: vehicle pickup and return logistics eat time, fleet and booking management is fragmented across tools, customer communication happens through insecure third-party messengers, and user verification is manual — creating real fraud exposure. ShareGo was built to solve all of these in one platform.
We built the ShareGo web application on Laravel — chosen for performance, reliability, and long-term scalability as the platform grows. The build covered the full stack: UX/UI design, a personal dashboard for trip and fleet management, an interactive map with real-time route planning, in-app messaging to replace third-party chat, a multi-option user registration and SMS verification system, and an automated user verification layer to reduce fraud risk before registration.
The trip dashboard gives hosts a full view of active trips, statuses, history, and route details in one place. Fleet management allows hosts to add vehicles, upload photos, store specs, and monitor status across the whole fleet. Route listings update automatically based on geo-location, and the built-in chat eliminates the need for WhatsApp or SMS for host-to-customer communication.
Alongside the web application, we built a high-converting landing page designed to serve two audiences simultaneously: potential users evaluating the platform, and investors evaluating the business. The page presents ShareGo’s key advantages and platform capabilities in a format built for both conversion and credibility.
The MVP and investor landing page attracted serious attention from the venture community. Uwindi participated in investor discussions as part of the engagement, helping prepare the product narrative and pitch materials alongside the technical build. ShareGo is actively pursuing seed funding and continuing discussions with venture partners, including a Singapore-based fund. The California market launch and early adopter acquisition campaigns are in preparation.
ShareGO, a startup from over thousands of startups globally, has been selected as one of the Top 20 finalists to participate in the Startupbootcamp Sustainability Singapore Program 2026 Selection Days!
