Why most B2B websites don’t sell
A good-looking layout with no clear next step and nothing that leads a buyer to a request.
Visitors leave because the first screen doesn’t say what you do or who it’s for.
Copy written for everyone, so no buyer recognizes their own problem in it.
You pay for ads or SEO without knowing which pages bring the requests.
B2B web design built around how your buyers decide
B2B buyers compare vendors, check proof and bring in colleagues before they reach out. So we start with how your buyers decide and build every page around that decision, not around a template.
- 1Who your buyer is
- 2What they need to see to trust you
- 3What it takes to make them reach out
So the site works as part of your sales, not as a brochure.
What you get with your website
A fast site your team can maintain, ready for SEO and ads, that earns a buyer’s trust and leads them to a request.
Positioning and messaging
Custom Growth projects start with discovery and positioning: we define your value and shape the key pages around it from your materials. On the Business Website we assemble and edit the key pages from what you give us.
Custom design and UI/UX
Every page is designed around one goal: turning the right visitor into a qualified lead.
SEO-ready structure
Built with clean code, proper hierarchy, and on-page foundations so search engines can find and read every page.
Ads-ready landing flows
Dedicated landing pages for paid traffic: one message, nothing to distract. Added inside your site’s design system from $750 per page.
Tracking and analytics
Analytics with conversion events, so you see which pages and campaigns bring inquiries.
Modern stack or WordPress
Astro with a headless CMS such as EmDash or Payload on Cloudflare, chosen for the task, or WordPress on Bricks for teams that prefer traditional hosting. Once paid in full, the site, the code and every account are yours.

How to choose the right B2B web design agency
Most B2B web design agencies can show a portfolio of good-looking web designs. Before you hire a web design company, check what a portfolio can’t show:
Have they built sites for companies that sell a considered purchase, like yours?
Look for live sites with case studies, a page for each service or industry, and a clear way to start a project. Ours: manufacturers, 3PL and warehousing companies, law firms, executive search firms and SaaS companies, each with a case study on this site.
Do they start with your buyers and competitors, or with a template?
Your buyers and competitors come first, then design.
Can forms feed your CRM, so you can follow a lead to a signed deal?
Yes. On a Custom Growth Website, every form goes straight into your CRM.
Who owns the site, the hosting, and the code after launch?
Paid in full, the site, the code and every account are yours.
Who handles updates, security, and changes after launch?
A free first month after launch, then Website Care from $150/month.
Because we’re a web design and B2B marketing agency, the same team can run your SEO and Google Ads.
Our B2B website design process
A custom site takes 8–10 weeks from kickoff; a five-page site takes 3–4. Stop after any stage and the work you paid for is yours.
We study your buyers, your market and your current site.
You get the site map and the plan: how we position your services and what comes first.
We draft the key pages from what you already have: your presentations, your emails and our discovery call.
You add what only you know. We edit your content and finish it together.
We set the style first, then design every page.
You approve the design before we build it. Edits are included; most projects need one or two rounds.
We build the site to score 98–100 on Google PageSpeed and redirect every old address, so links and search results keep working.
You get a walkthrough of the admin, so your team edits the site without a developer. The site, the code and every account are yours.
We support the site for a month at no charge and fix build defects for a year. After that, a care plan, SEO and ads are optional.
You keep one team for the site and its marketing. Most clients stay with us for years.
The price is fixed in writing before you pay anything.
Stop after any stage and keep the work you paid for.

Jojo DeaMarketing Manager, MoticYou ask,
we answer
- How long does it take to build a website?
The Business Website takes 3–4 weeks after the initial payment, final content, and brand assets are received. Custom Growth Websites take 8–10 weeks, complex web apps 10–14 weeks. Review time and add-ons can extend it. We keep our dates; a launch moves only when approvals take longer.
- What’s the difference between B2B and B2C web design?
B2C web design helps one person buy quickly. B2B web design has to convince several people who compare vendors, often over weeks or months. So the site needs a clear offer for each type of buyer, proof such as case studies and reviews, a page for each service or industry, and one simple next step, like a short request form. It also needs tracking, so you know which pages bring leads.
- Do you use templates or build from scratch?
From scratch. Most new sites run on Astro with a headless CMS (EmDash, Payload or another, chosen for the task) on Cloudflare; for teams that want traditional hosting and more hands-on control, we build on WordPress with Bricks. Either way there are no pre-made themes and no Elementor or Divi bloat. A Custom Growth site gets its own design system; the Business Website starts from a custom homepage and builds the other pages from our proven components. WordPress builds and migrations: custom WordPress development. For an industry example, see our 3PL web design work for logistics companies.
- Do you use AI to build websites?
We use AI for research: competitors, analytics, first drafts of a site map. The design, the copy decisions and the build are done by people, on a design system made for you.
- Will I be able to edit the website myself?
Yes. Both the headless CMS and WordPress give your team control over text, images and pages. We also provide a short onboarding session so your team can make basic edits without a developer.
- Do you help with copywriting and messaging?
We assemble and edit the key pages from your materials and our discovery call; repeating pages, such as each service, come as templates you fill. Positioning and customer research are part of a Custom Growth Website. Full copywriting and keyword strategy are quoted separately.
- How much does a website cost?
The Business Website is a fixed $3,800 for up to 5 core pages, paid by stage or $2,000 to start and six monthly payments of $300. A Custom Growth Website, 10 core pages on 4 page templates, starts at $7,500; the price depends on the number of templates and the structure of the site more than on the page count, and larger B2B sites with catalogs, filters or calculators usually cost $10,000–15,000. Web apps and e-commerce start at $10,000. A campaign landing page inside an existing site is from $750. Tell us about your project and you get your price in writing before any payment.
- How do you measure the ROI of a website?
By leads, not traffic. Every site we build ships with analytics and conversion events, so you see which pages and channels bring inquiries. We can add call and lead tracking, and a CRM integration lets you follow a lead to a signed deal. Compare that revenue with the cost of the build and monthly care, and you have ROI in your own numbers, not in our promises.
- Will the website be optimized for SEO?
Every website we build has a search engine optimization (SEO) foundation: clean code, fast loading speed, correct heading hierarchy, meta tags, and on-page structure. Ongoing SEO and AI search visibility are a separate monthly service. See SEO management.
- What happens after launch?
You get an admin walkthrough, one free month of post-launch support, and a 1-year limited warranty on build defects. From the second month, hosting, backups, updates, monitoring, and support run through an optional Website Care plan: Website Care at $150/month or Care Plus at $300/month.
- Why is it dangerous to order a cheap website?
Under $3,000 you usually get a template on Elementor with free plugins: slow, hard to scale and hard to advertise on. We often redesign sites like this for clients who tried to save upfront.
- What’s the difference between a custom website and Wix or Webflow?
Website builders give you a template you can’t fully control, with monthly fees, SEO limits and lock-in to the platform. A custom site, on a modern stack or WordPress, is faster, fully yours, and can grow with your business without restrictions or recurring platform costs.
- Do you build websites for companies in Austin, TX?
Yes. Uwindi is based in Leander, Texas, and works with businesses across the Austin metro, including Round Rock, Cedar Park, Georgetown, and Pflugerville, as well as clients across the U.S. Austin projects get the same fixed-price Business Website ($3,800, up to 5 pages, 3–4 weeks) and Custom Growth builds from $7,500. See our Austin web design and development page for local projects and details.
