TalentCompass is a US-based recruiting firm specializing in executive search and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) — helping companies scale by improving hiring quality and reducing time-to-fill at the leadership level. They came to us needing a complete brand and digital transformation from the ground up.

TalentCompass specializes in data-driven executive search and Recruitment Process Outsourcing — helping US companies accelerate hiring and reduce time-to-fill at the C-suite and leadership level. Their digital presence wasn’t matching that positioning. The previous website had no coherent brand identity, no conversion structure, and wasn’t compatible with paid advertising on Google or LinkedIn. Without a clear visual language or UX strategy, the site couldn’t support lead generation or credibly represent the firm to senior-level prospects.

We started with brand identity. TalentCompass needed a visual system built from scratch: a modern professional logo, brand guidelines covering social media, advertising, and corporate materials, and a consistent design language that would establish recognition across every touchpoint. The new identity was designed specifically for a premium executive search audience — credible, polished, and distinct.

The website was built as a high-performance one-page site, structured entirely around conversion and ad readiness. Messaging was crafted to guide visitors through a clear decision path, with strong calls to action at every stage. Mobile-first design ensured consistent experience across devices. The site was fully configured for Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other marketing channels from day one — not as an afterthought.

Performance was a priority throughout. The site was deployed on high-performance servers and achieved a 100/100 Google PageSpeed score. Content was optimized for SEO targeting executive search, RPO, and fractional leadership hiring terms. Branded social media assets were developed alongside the site to give TalentCompass a consistent presence across all digital channels.

TalentCompass is now on monthly website support — technical maintenance, updates, and ongoing optimization to keep the site fast, secure, and aligned with active advertising campaigns.
