Care Plus adds daily backups, a staging environment, load balancers, a monthly performance review, Rybbit analytics, a live chat widget, 3 hours of content updates, faster response times, vendor support, and API troubleshooting. Prime is for e-commerce, membership, and LMS sites; Enterprise for high-traffic and custom infrastructure.
A bug is when something that previously worked is now broken. New functionality, design changes, or additions to how something works are feature requests — handled as extra hourly work at your plan rate.
Additional hours are available at your plan rate. You request a task, we estimate and complete it, and invoice at the end of the month.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle.
Critical issue response times are <12h for Care and <6h for Care Plus, 24/7. Response time means initial acknowledgment — you’ll receive progress updates until resolved. Prime and Enterprise response times are set in your custom plan.
