ECA specializes in project staffing and executive search for private equity firms and PE portfolio companies — a market where credibility and professionalism are non-negotiable. Their website told a different story: slow load times, persistent glitches, security vulnerabilities, and landing pages that weren’t converting. A previous vendor had worked on the site without resolving the core issues. ECA came to us for a comprehensive fix.

We started with a detailed technical audit to find the actual root causes rather than treating symptoms. The audit uncovered bugs, outdated core modules and plugins, unresolved security vulnerabilities, unoptimized images and content, and no CDN or caching setup. We addressed all of it: fixed every bug and glitch, eliminated security vulnerabilities, updated the core framework and modules, removed unnecessary plugins, optimized all content and images, implemented CDN and caching, and migrated the site to a higher-performance server. The result was a 90/100 Google PageSpeed score — a significant improvement from where the site had been.

With performance stabilized, we turned to the landing pages. ECA’s existing pages for interim finance and outsourced accounting services were underperforming — low conversion rates were reducing the return on their ad spend. We redesigned and rebuilt the first sections of three key landing pages, improving user flow, sharpening messaging, and replacing weak CTAs with action-oriented ones. The new landing pages were deployed on high-performance servers and achieved a 100/100 Google PageSpeed score.
The brand refresh followed. ECA’s visual identity had fallen behind the professional standard their target market expects. We modernized the logo while preserving the original concept, introduced fresh design elements, and built a library of reusable components to make future landing page development faster and more consistent.

Based on the results, ECA committed to a full website rebuild aligned with the new brand identity and an SEO campaign to strengthen organic visibility. The engagement has since expanded: Uwindi now handles ongoing support and maintenance for ECA’s website, landing pages, and AWS server infrastructure — ensuring performance, security, and uptime across the full stack.
