One family brand, a stricter voice
M24 asked us for one umbrella brand across its companies, a family business presented with restraint. For the companies that invest, M24 Invest and M24 Arvian, we chose the stricter side of that brand: angular forms and buildings instead of the family office’s imagery. Arvian’s version is a deep navy and teal palette with one warm accent, a wordmark in dark and light versions, and a social card for every shared link.
Calm, because money is involved
Calm tones, minimalism and precision were our recommendation for every M24 company. People who put money into a project want calm and certainty, not a loud page. On Arvian that means every block is exact, and nothing promises more than the company would sign.
The criteria first, then the cycle
Arvian is read by developers deciding whether this partner fits their project, and by investors and lenders. So the page leads with what Arvian invests in: the sectors, residential first; the locations; the development types; the planning stage it considers. Then it shows the partnership in five steps, sourcing, structuring, senior debt, execution, exit and returns, and the forms of capital it can bring, and closes with the person a developer will deal with.
After launch, we stay
Arvian is on our monthly support: edits, optimisation, on-site SEO, backups, and a fast answer when the team or its lawyers need a change; on a UK investment site the legal wording and the regulatory disclaimer have to be exact. In October 2026 we moved the site onto our design system: 99 on Google PageSpeed for phones.
