M24 Invest S.à r.l. is a Luxembourg investment company in the M24 family investment group. The M24 companies invest their own capital in acquiring, developing and repositioning real estate in Germany, Austria and the United Kingdom, alongside experienced local developers. The group came to us on the recommendation of a partner we work with in London.
The group’s investment company, in the strict voice
M24 asked us for one umbrella brand across its companies: a family business presented with restraint. Its investing companies, M24 Invest and M24 Arvian, take the stricter side of that brand, with angular forms and buildings. Invest is the company that structures and oversees the group’s investments, so its site is the group’s main company site. The logos of its sister companies in Germany, Austria and the UK sit right next to the first screen.
Read at the conference table
The site is shown at closed investment conferences, to companies and private investors deciding whether to invest, to partners and to sellers. Each reads it for a different answer, so the investments page has two paths. Investors see how a co-investment is structured. Developers see what kind of capital partner M24 Invest is. A sticky header and a plain “Main” item in the menu keep every visitor one click from the start: not everyone thinks to click the logo, as the team told us.
History and search traffic kept
The old site held 130 articles on real estate and investment. They were the record of the company’s projects, and the pages search engines already knew. We moved every one with its address and date, cleaned the formatting, and redirected 243 old addresses to their new places, every one checked.
Exact, because money is involved
On an investment site every sentence is a legal statement. The lawyers’ notes went in word for word, and the important-information notice is the one from the company’s own presentation. Nothing on the site reads as an offer to invest. The site is on our monthly support: edits, optimisation, on-site SEO, backups, and a fast answer when the team or its lawyers need a change.
