Website redesign services for B2B companies
Your website should be the part of your sales system that turns traffic into clients. A redesign here starts with an audit of the site you have, then a rebuild; the price is fixed in writing before any payment.

Signs your website needs a redesign
You win the meeting, then pause over your own URL, because the website argues against everything you just said in the room.
You pay for clicks that arrive on a slow, unclear page and leave. The campaign gets blamed. The page never does.
Every edit goes back to whoever built it, if they still answer. Simple changes wait weeks, so eventually nobody asks.
The last redesign looked newer and performed worse. Nothing was measured before or after, so nobody can say what broke.
A redesign is a sales problem, not a design problem
Most redesign quotes replace what you can see. We start with what the website is supposed to do: bring qualified buyers in and turn them into inquiries. If it is not doing that, a new look will not fix it.
- 1The foundation is sound and two or three pages do the damage
- 2The design is fine and the build underneath is not
- 3The business has changed and the site still sells what it sold three years ago
So the audit comes first. Sometimes the honest answer is that you don’t need a redesign at all.
What a website redesign includes
Launch is not where we leave: care, SEO and AI search, and ads are available as monthly plans, so the rest of the system gets built around your business instead of the site being handed over and forgotten.
An audit before a quote
Speed, build, content and the path to an inquiry from the URL; plugins, security and search data once we have access. It decides whether you need a redesign at all.
Existing URLs redirected, not broken
Changed URLs are mapped and 301-redirected at launch; pages that earn search traffic are kept or folded into a stronger page, never dropped.
Designed for your buyers, not a template swap
Structure built around how your buyers decide, with your brand and proof; a Custom Growth Website adds a full design system and page templates.
Built to be understood by Google and AI assistants
Clear structure, specific headings, schema and citable content, so search engines and AI assistants can read the site and surface it.
Fast by default
WordPress on Bricks, tuned hosting and optimized images, built to a 95–100 PageSpeed target: ECA’s rebuilt pages and Talent Compass scored 100/100.
A site your team can run, with tracking from day one
A component system your team edits without a developer; forms and analytics connected at launch, so you see which channel an inquiry came from.

How to choose a website redesign company
Ask five things of anyone, including us. A real quote answers all five in writing:
What happens to our URLs?
Every indexed URL is mapped; what changes is 301-redirected at launch, and pages that earn traffic are kept or merged.
What is the site built on, and can we leave it?
WordPress on Bricks, no pre-made theme; the site, the code and the hosting are yours after the final payment.
Who owns the site and the hosting at launch?
You do. No developer lock-in.
What does the price include, and when is it paid?
The scope and the price in writing before any payment; paid by stage, and you can stop after any stage and keep the work.
What happens in month two?
The first month after launch is free; then Website Care is optional: $150 a month, or $300 for Care Plus.
Fixes, if the foundation is sound and one or two pages underperform; a rebuild, if the platform itself is the problem. ECA started with an audit and fixes that took the site to 90/100 PageSpeed, and only then committed to a full rebuild. Sending a brief to several agencies? Our website redesign RFP template covers these questions.
Website redesign process
A custom site takes 8–10 weeks from kickoff; a five-page site takes 3–4. Stop after any stage and the work you paid for is yours.
We study your buyers, your market and your current site.
You get the site map and the plan: how we position your services and what comes first.
We draft the key pages from what you already have: your presentations, your emails and our discovery call.
You add what only you know. We edit your content and finish it together.
We set the style first, then design every page.
You approve the design before we build it. Edits are included; most projects need one or two rounds.
We build the site to score 98–100 on Google PageSpeed and redirect every old address, so links and search results keep working.
You get a walkthrough of the admin, so your team edits the site without a developer. The site, the code and every account are yours.
We support the site for a month at no charge and fix build defects for a year. After that, a care plan, SEO and ads are optional.
You keep one team for the site and its marketing. Most clients stay with us for years.
The price is fixed in writing before you pay anything.
Stop after any stage and keep the work you paid for.
Website redesign cost
A redesign is quoted as one of the builds we already publish; there is no separate redesign package. Our guide to what a B2B website costs breaks down the drivers.

we answer
- How much does a website redesign cost?
Most redesigns of an established B2B website are a Custom Growth Website: from $7,500, 8–10 weeks. A site of up to five core pages is a Business Website: a fixed $3,800, or $2,000 to start and six monthly payments of $300, in 3–4 weeks. Redesigns with e-commerce or a web application start at $10,000. The cost moves with page count, content volume and integrations more than with design ambition. The first month after launch is free; after that, hosting, updates and support run through an optional Website Care plan at $150 a month, or $300 for Care Plus.
- Do you use templates or build from scratch?
We build on WordPress and Bricks Builder, with no pre-made themes and no bloated page builders like Elementor or Divi. A Custom Growth site gets its own design system; the Business Website starts from a custom homepage and builds the other pages from our proven components. The result is faster, cleaner and fully yours.
- Will I be able to edit the website myself?
Yes. WordPress gives you full control over content. We also provide a short onboarding session so your team can make basic edits without a developer.
- How long does a website redesign take?
3–4 weeks for a Business Website and 8–10 weeks for a Custom Growth Website, counted from the first payment, final content and brand assets. Client review time and add-ons can extend the schedule.
- Will a website redesign hurt our SEO and Google rankings?
It can, when URLs change and nothing redirects, or when pages that quietly earned traffic get deleted. We map the indexed URLs, redirect what changes with 301s at launch, and keep or merge pages that already earn search traffic. Deeper SEO migration work is scoped separately. We won’t promise your positions — nobody honestly can. The full step-by-step process is in our guide on how to redesign a website without losing SEO.
- Do you optimize the new site for AI search too?
Yes, alongside SEO: clear structure, specific headings, schema and citable content help ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews understand the site. We don’t promise AI citations. One example of what structure can do: on Neatko, a new build rather than a redesign, the first inbound leads arrived through AI-generated search results within days of launch.
- Do we need a full redesign or just fixes?
Fixes, if the foundation is sound: the site is reasonably fast, editable and matches what you sell, and one or two pages underperform. A rebuild, if the platform itself is the problem. ECA started with a technical audit and fixes that took the site to 90/100 PageSpeed; the rebuilt landing page sections reached 100/100, and only then did ECA commit to a full rebuild.
- Can you take over a site another agency or freelancer built?
Yes, even when you arrive without full access. We start with an audit of what you inherited: hosting, security, speed, plugins, backups, and who actually holds the domain. Care for a site we didn’t build starts with Transfer & Onboarding, $300. If the old build is on Wix, Squarespace, Webflow or a heavy page builder, we rebuild it with WordPress and Bricks development.
- How do we choose a website redesign company?
Ask five things of anyone, including us: what happens to our URLs; what the site is built on and whether we can leave it; who owns the site and hosting at launch; what the price includes and when it is paid; and what happens in month two. A real quote answers all five in writing. If you are sending a brief to several agencies, our website redesign RFP template covers these questions and the rest of what a proposal should answer.
