Hi, I’m Konstantin Tesov — but most people call me Kane. I’ve spent over 15 years immersed in the world of digital marketing and sales development, a field I’m deeply passionate about. Today, I lead Uwindi Digital Marketing Agency, where I combine a global perspective with strategic vision to help our clients achieve remarkable results.

Before founding Uwindi, I honed my skills at industry giants like ProSoft, Canon, and SAP. These experiences allowed me to gain invaluable insights into sales development, marketing, and international business across the US and Europe. One of my proudest achievements was winning first place in the Blitz Day cold calling competition at SAP and playing a key role in the launch of SAP’s Cloud HR & CRM products.

I hold a degree in Investment Management from the esteemed Plekhanov Academy of Economics, which laid the foundation for my career. My expertise has been recognized at the highest levels, including being awarded a US EB-1A Visa in Digital Marketing & Sales Development—a prestigious honor reserved for individuals who have demonstrated extraordinary ability in their field.

The EB-1A visa is more than just an accolade; it’s a testament to the impact I’ve made in digital marketing. This recognition, typically reserved for Nobel Prize winners, Olympic athletes, and other top-tier professionals, reflects the significant contributions and exceptional talent I bring to the table. Here I am with my petition for over 900 papers on my achievements in digital marketing, which became my lucky ticket to the United States. It's pretty heavy, though.

On a personal note, I live in Leander City (Austin area), Texas, with my wonderful wife and our two beautiful children—a son and a daughter. My mission extends beyond just helping businesses grow...
