Repirex is a Los Angeles–based appliance repair service specializing in washers, dryers, refrigerators, and other major home appliances. They came to us at the very start of their business — no brand, no website, and a tough local market to break into.

Repirex came to us at the very start — no brand, no website, no content, and a goal to launch in one of the most competitive home services markets in the US. The brief was to build everything from scratch and make it work from day one: a distinctive brand that could stand out in a saturated LA market, and a landing page built to convert visitors into booked appointments.

We started with the logo. Analyzing Repirex’s core services — washer and dryer repair — we found a simple but effective creative solution: the letter “E” in the Repirex name was stylized to look like a washing machine drum. The result is instantly recognizable, visually unique among competitors, and works cleanly across all media. A logo that communicates the service before a word is read.

The landing page design was built entirely around conversion. Minimalist layout with no visual noise — every element serves a purpose and points toward booking a service. CTAs were placed strategically based on user flow, typography and contrast were tuned to guide attention, and the mobile experience was treated as the primary one: in the appliance repair category, most customers search and book from their phones.

Local SEO was built into the technical foundation from the start: semantic HTML, optimized meta tags, structured data for local business, and content targeting Los Angeles appliance repair queries. Performance was a priority throughout — after optimization, the site scores near 100% on Google PageSpeed Insights, which directly affects both search rankings and conversion rates.

Since the client had no photography at launch, we used AI-generated images aligned with the brand style to give the site a professional look immediately. A real photoshoot is planned as a next step to replace them with authentic visuals as the business grows. Google Ads, SEO promotion for local queries, and CRM integration are in the pipeline.
