Konstantin Tesov
I spent years in sales chasing buyers. I built Uwindi so buyers come to the company on their own.Runs every Uwindi project himself, from the first call to launch.

Why Uwindi exists
Konstantin started in sales, and he worked at SAP and Canon. At Canon he passed the company’s international sales assessment at its highest level. He became an expert in cold selling and got tired of chasing people. So he turned the work around: buyers should find the company and ask for a quote themselves. He founded Uwindi in 2015 to build that.
What he does on every project
He runs the project and advises the client directly. His job is to make sure the site is built into the client’s sales process. It should be a tool that brings the sales team new inquiries and calls, not a good-looking page that sits unused.
Where he starts
The first fix is almost always the value proposition and the conversion path: what a buyer reads first, and how they get from there to a request. It’s the strongest lever. Even with an average design, giving buyers what they came for lifts conversion, and it keeps paying off.

What judging taught him
As a festival jury member he scored entries from large companies in oil and gas, manufacturing and other industries, and from leading agencies. He judged the level of the marketing, the concept and the presentation, and whether the work hit its commercial goals.
The winners weren’t simply good-looking. They were functional, built around the product and the brand, and they put the product’s value first for the people buying it.
