The project started under difficult conditions: CVP Clinic had lost access to their old website and their previous advertising had delivered poor results. They needed everything rebuilt, fast.
We started with the foundation — a new website on a clean domain with a modern design, focused on usability and content quality across all 50+ services the clinic offers. The cosmetic industry is highly competitive and heavily driven by visual trust, so the quality of imagery, copywriting, and page structure was non-negotiable.
Before building the advertising layer, we conducted in-depth research into patient needs for each service category. Even within a single service, motivations and concerns vary significantly across patient segments. To handle this at scale, we used the Uwindi app to dynamically change offers on landing pages based on the most common problems and priorities of each audience group.
We identified the highest-revenue services and built four dedicated landing pages — for gynecology, BBL, laser epilation, and neoplasm removal — each with its own targeting and messaging. Call tracking, lead tracking, and CRM integration were connected from day one, ensuring every inbound call and form submission was automatically routed to the right sales manager.
After the initial ad campaigns proved a strong return on investment, we moved into the full website build: service pages with content, doctor profiles, pricing, special offers, FAQs, and integrated landing pages for paid traffic — all in one system.

Since launch, the clinic receives 200+ leads and calls per month. Organic search traffic has grown consistently. Patient satisfaction with the website improved, and the business now has a stable, scalable acquisition system supporting ongoing expansion.
