Expand Group operates at the intersection of international trade and warehouse logistics — their clients are major European retailers who need reliable supply chain and fulfillment partners. The challenge was a digital presence that didn’t reflect their actual market position. The website was outdated, there were no conversion-focused landing pages, and there was no paid acquisition channel in place.
We started with competitor and audience research to understand how potential clients evaluate 3PL and international trade partners, and what objections needed to be addressed on the page. From this, we developed the marketing concept and structure for two dedicated landing pages — one for international trade services, one for warehouse and logistics.

Both pages were built on Bitrix with CRM integration to automate lead collection from day one. The design prioritized a clear value proposition, intuitive user flow, and professional presentation appropriate for enterprise retail clients. Persuasive, concise copywriting was developed for each audience segment.
After launch, we moved into SEO: extensive keyword research, content and metadata optimization, technical improvements, and internal linking to support long-term organic visibility. In parallel, we set up Google Ads campaigns — competitor research, ad creatives, retargeting for return visitors, and A/B testing of multiple ad versions to identify best performers.

Beyond the landing pages, we also improved the main website: updated structure and navigation, refreshed the design, and optimized key pages for conversion. The result is a digital presence that now matches Expand Group’s level in the market and has opened a new, measurable client acquisition channel.
