Silmar Logistics is the warehousing and 3PL arm of Silmar Group — an international logistics operator founded in 1998 and active across 10+ countries, with offices in Germany, Spain, Italy, China, Israel, UAE, and beyond. The group handles container transportation worldwide, multimodal freight, customs clearance, and supply chain management at an enterprise level. Their client roster includes major industrial and manufacturing companies. Silmar Logistics specifically operates Class A warehouse facilities across multiple strategic locations, offering responsible storage, fulfillment, cross-docking, and full 3PL services.
The brief was to build a dedicated landing page that would package everything Silmar Logistics offers — storage formats, service capabilities, geographic coverage, client segments — into a single high-converting digital sales tool, and drive inbound leads through paid search.
We started with a deep review of the warehousing market and the specific decision criteria of logistics buyers at scale: cost per pallet, flexibility, documentation, geographic reach, and accountability. That research shaped the entire page architecture. The hero section leads with a clear offer — responsible storage from 1 pallet place in Class A facilities — alongside an immediate lead capture form promising a cost calculation within 15 minutes.
The page is structured to serve multiple buyer types simultaneously: e-commerce and marketplace sellers, manufacturers and trading companies, distributors and importers, industrial suppliers, pharma and FMCG, and startups needing infrastructure without capital investment. Each segment gets specific messaging without the page feeling fragmented. A dedicated warehouse overview section presents each facility individually — location, capacity, specifications, and a direct CTA to book a site visit.
A “Your challenges — our solutions” block addresses the four core pain points of enterprise logistics buyers: high fixed costs of owning infrastructure, supply chain management complexity, operational inefficiency and staffing, and incident risk during storage and transit. The international scale of Silmar Group — multimodal routes, customs expertise, a global agent network — is positioned as the key differentiator that a standalone warehouse operator simply cannot offer.
The page includes a full service taxonomy: warehouse logistics, delivery by sea, rail, air, and road, special cargo handling, cross-docking, fulfillment, customs clearance, and supply chain analytics. A results section anchors the claims in specifics — 28% average cost reduction on storage, 5–15% reduction in total logistics spend, delivery time reduced from 4 days to 1.5 days.
Lead capture forms are distributed across multiple conversion points with a free logistics audit offer as the primary CTA. The page launched and qualified enterprise-level inquiries started coming in from month one — including storage requirements exceeding 1,000 pallet places.
