Voskresenki is a modern residential cottage community that came to us needing a sales-ready digital presence — a landing page that would build buyer trust and convert visitors into qualified inquiries from day one.
The project required more than a standard real estate page. Buyers of suburban residential property need to understand the layout, the infrastructure, and the life they’re buying into — not just a list of specs. We approached the page architecture around that decision-making process, structuring content to move visitors from awareness to intent.
The key feature was an interactive plot map — buyers could explore available plots, see sizes, locations within the community, and access relevant information directly on the page without needing to contact a manager first. This reduced friction in the early sales process and gave the sales team higher-quality leads.
We integrated CRM directly with the page forms, so every inquiry routed immediately into the client’s pipeline. The design was built mobile-first to ensure performance across all devices, with load speed optimized to support paid advertising campaigns from launch.
The result was a landing page that functions as a genuine sales tool — driving inbound inquiries, improving ad performance, and giving the Voskresenki team a platform they could grow with. The same client subsequently worked with us on redesigns for three other residential communities: Greenvill, Romanov Garden Village, and Arneevo Park.
