The client’s website existed but wasn’t generating any inquiries. The priority was clear: build a lead flow fast, because every empty pallet rack is a direct loss.
We started with market research — mapped the competitive landscape, identified target audience segments, and found geo-specific keywords around responsible storage in their region. Based on this, we rebuilt the website to properly present the company, its services, and existing case studies. We also created a dedicated landing page for responsible storage, built on WordPress with scalability in mind.
The landing page was connected to the Uwindi app for multi-landing — meaning the content and offer shifted dynamically based on the visitor’s location and search query. We then launched PPC campaigns on Google and Yandex: built out commercial keyword groups for responsible storage, set up call and lead tracking, configured remarketing, and ran A/B tests on value propositions across different audience segments.
In the first week of advertising, Renne Group closed a contract with Coca-Cola. By the end of the first year, their warehouses were full. Over two years of working together, revenue, customer count, and truck fleet each tripled. The inbound volume grew to the point where they had to build out a dedicated sales department just to manage the flow.
