GK NEO is a construction company specializing in commercial real estate for state-owned clients and government tender participation. They came to us needing a complete brand identity — name, logo, and website — to present their level of expertise credibly to large public sector clients.

GK NEO builds commercial real estate and competes for government construction tenders. The challenge was positioning: without a strong brand, website, and credible corporate identity, winning the trust of large state-owned clients is nearly impossible. They needed everything built from scratch.

We started with naming. The goal was a short, memorable brand name that worked across digital and print formats and could support a professional corporate identity. We developed the name “GK NEO,” selected a matching short domain, and built the full visual identity around it — logo, color system, typography, and business cards.

Next came the website. We designed and developed a multi-page site presenting GK NEO’s services, completed projects, and team. To add an additional layer of value for potential clients evaluating construction costs, we integrated a construction cost calculator directly into the site — a practical tool that increases time on site and positions the company as transparent and professional.

The result was a complete brand transformation. GK NEO now presents at the level expected by large government clients. Business relations with state-owned companies improved noticeably, and the number of invitations to participate in public tenders with significant contract volumes increased following the launch.
