Puff Drink Talk needed more than a basic event page. The brand runs regular live events in Austin, raises money for local causes, and is building a podcast audience — all at once. The website had to serve as a central hub that the founder could update himself between events, without relying on an agency for every change.
The architecture was built around custom post types for sponsors, events, and media content. Adding a new sponsor takes thirty seconds — create an entry with a logo and a link, and it appears in the right section automatically. The same logic applies to the gallery: upload new flyers or photos, and they show up where they belong. The system is built to scale — new events, new partners, new content — without touching the codebase.
The design is built directly on the brand’s visual identity — logo colors, bold headings, clean layout. No template aesthetics, no generic event site look. The result is a site that feels like the brand it represents — a community-first lifestyle brand with a distinct Austin character.
Sponsors are a core part of how PDT operates — the website reflects that. The sponsors section is prominent, structured, and easy to update. It gives partners real visibility and gives the brand a credible, professional presence when pitching new sponsorships.
Ticket sales and event registration connect to any external platform the client uses — Eventbrite, PayPal, or direct links — without locking the brand into a specific tool. An event waiver pop-up is integrated directly on the page, keeping the layout clean while covering the legal requirements for live events.
For analytics, we integrated Rybbit — a privacy-first, cookieless solution. No cookie consent banner needed, no GDPR friction for US visitors. All traffic data is anonymized and aggregated.
Uwindi joined this project as a Creative Partner, with our agency featured in the sponsors section. The site is hosted on Uwindi infrastructure, with full admin access given to the client for day-to-day content management.
