Arneevo Park is a private residential community surrounded by forest, offering modern barnhouse-style homes for those seeking more than just a place to live — space, design, and a sense of quiet permanence. The client came to us with a clear problem: their previous website explained the project, but it didn’t sell it. Visitors were leaving without a clear sense of what made Arneevo Park worth the investment.
The brief was to build a landing page that leads with lifestyle, not specs. Premium real estate isn’t bought on floor area alone — it’s bought on feeling. Every strategic and design decision we made was built around that principle.
We started with visual architecture: a structure that moves visitors from aspiration to action, with imagery and copy working together to communicate the quality and atmosphere of the community. Headlines were written to spark emotion. Photography was selected and placed to sell the life, not the layout. Floor plans were positioned where visitors are already imagining themselves in the space.
On the development side, we built the site from scratch with a lightweight, BEM-style codebase, smooth animations, and full responsiveness across all devices. Lead forms were placed where intent naturally peaks — not just at the bottom of the page. CRM integration was set up for real-time lead handling, and an interactive site map lets visitors explore the community and submit inquiries directly from the map.
The result was a significant shift in how the project is perceived and how it sells. Visitors now arrive pre-qualified and more motivated. The sales team spends less time warming up leads and more time closing. Average deal value increased as the perceived value became visible and tangible from the first seconds on the page.
