It’s not an off-the-shelf marketplace theme, and it’s not an original design: no designer is assigned and there is no mockup stage. Using a proven framework is what makes a 10–14-business-day launch and $350/month possible.
The plan includes one consolidated revision round for text, images, colors, and factual corrections within the existing framework. Layout changes, new sections, alternative concepts, and restructuring are not included. If you want control over design and layout decisions, a custom Uwindi website is the right fit.
No. The plan has a three-month initial commitment and then continues month-to-month. After the first three months, you may cancel with 30 days’ written notice.
During the initial three-month period, the remaining portion of the three-month minimum is due. After that, you may cancel with 30 days’ written notice. If the plan ends before 12 paid months, the website does not transfer; the content you supplied stays yours.
Your domain, supplied content, and customer data are yours from day one. The completed WordPress website transfers to you after 12 paid monthly payments. Earlier transfer is available by paying the balance of the 12 monthly payments — there is no separate buyout fee. Uwindi-held premium licenses stay with Uwindi and don’t transfer.
Yes. We provide content-editing access without exposing the underlying design system. The plan also includes 30 minutes per month for minor changes to existing text, photos, team info, or contact details.
The technical foundation is: page structure, metadata, sitemap, schema, performance optimization, and Google Business Profile connection. Ongoing SEO strategy, new search content, link building, and location campaigns are separate services.
Traffic, traffic sources, top pages, form submissions, click-to-call activity, and conversion rate. Call attribution and recordings require separate call tracking.
We connect the site to your domain, which should be registered in your name. Domain registration, business email hosting, and mailboxes aren’t included unless quoted separately.
